We had a 3 bed room which was extremely large. Plnety of space and facilities. The hotel is on the main street in front of the lake, so ideally situated. There were plenty of allocated parking spots (but we were off-season so I don't know what it would be like if the hotel were fully occupied). Ours was just an overnight stay en route to somewhere else but would stay here again if planning a longer stay. The outside and the decor in the reception/bar general public areas is traditional but the room was very modern, so the best of both worlds.

I was lucky to receive an upgraded room from a single to a double. The room was spacious, clean, and the shower pressure good. Staff were very nice and I could even take my well-behaved dog with me into the breakfast room. Breakfast was nice continental selection with added scrambled eggs and bacon. I had reserved a parking space, which was a short walk up the road, but there is a loading area just outside the hotel door. With a dog that likes to sniff most things when walking it took us a while to get into town but the walk was nice alongside the lake with plenty of benches and the small park the other side. Good connections from town to other places on the lake with the catamaran to Konstanz as well as ferries to other towns. The hotel was easy to find using Google maps, it's on a one way section with the open air parking (about 8-10 spaces) at the end, if you are next to their garages you'll need to drive back around the block to get to their open air parking spaces!

I had a nice room with a couch, fridge and water kettle for a few euros more than a standard single. The receptionists were very accommodating and helpful with some car and parking issues that came up and solved it quickly so it never became a problem. One of the breakfast wait-staff was extremely considerate. Once she understood my dietary restriction she accommodated it, and the next day brought me the same thing without me even asking. And she told a colleague of hers so I would receive the food I could eat. I felt very cared for and am very appreciative to this woman. The location is also great, right next to the lake, the train station, a grocery store and restaurants. There is a great restaurant a block away.

Very good location with the train station a few hundred metres away and just on the other side of the street from the lake. Very large room and bathroom with a bathtub.

Very spacious clean room. Very quiet. The location was good near the train station and the waterfront boardwalk.

Bed was very comfortable, free bottled water was nice gesture and restroom was clean and adequate. Breakfast was a bit confusing because it is in two rooms but after that discovery we have found everything we wanted.

The hotel is centrally located, only 5 min from the train/bus station and directly on the lake promenade. I had a low season offer, so it was great value for money. The room was big and clean but the air in the room was always a bit stuffy, so I kept the window open all the time. Great and spacious bathroom. There was a fridge, cattle, tea, and coffee in the room. The staff was very friendly and professional. There is an excellent (and expensive) restaurant downstairs and a rich and diverse breakfast (€12) is served there too. Overall, a great experience and value for money in my (low season) case.

The hotel is conveniently located close to main train station and promenade. The room we stayed in was facing a main street, however due to speed limit on the roads there was no too much traffic noise. A bit noise came from a bar loading bottles but not bothering us...and you could always close the window. The room was very luxury and had excellent bed.
